R5 Web Fix Lists on Lotus Developer Domain

In September 2000, we introduced the new R5 Web Fix List Application, which allows you to access all of the fix list entries for the 5.0.x codestream on the Lotus Developer Domain via this new delivery mechanism. You can access the R5 Web Fix List application on the Lotus Developer Domain at http://www.lotus.com/ldd/r5fixlist.nsf.

Benefits of Using the R5 Web Fix List Application
This new application will replace the traditional method by which Lotus has posted fix lists in the past. All of the fix list entries for the 5.0.x codestream will be posted to the new Lotus Developer Domain Web Fix List application, which will allow you to do the following:

The last bullet is a key feature of the new delivery mechanism. In response to your request for Lotus to provide information on upcoming MRs, we will now post provisional fix list entries before the MR is officially released. It is important to note that the fixes for upcoming MRs are being posted as they are identified throughout the development cycle, and before final product testing has been completed. As such, certain fix list entries may be removed at any time if regression or performance problems are introduced. These provisional fix list entries will be identified by a red exclamation point ( ! ) at the view level, and by the following disclaimer on each individual fix list entry:

Fix List Disclaimer: A fix for this SPR has been developed but is currently undergoing testing. Lotus reserves the right to remove this fix from the targeted release if it does not pass quality assurance tests. Please consider this information to be provisional. Do not base irreversible business decisions on this information until this notice has been removed.

Once the final MR testing has been completed and the MR has been officially released, the disclaimers will be removed, indicating that the fix list entries are final.

Please refer to this new website for future MR fix lists. If you still desire to have the fixes listed in one document, you may print the list from the new Web Fix List application.
