In an effort to eliminate confusion for our customers, the two platform support categories known as "Certified" and "Supported" will be merged into a single category called "Supported". This change will also mark a higher level of consistency with other IBM Software products.
A sampling of operating system-related issues revealed that there is no appreciable difference in quality between the two categories, so merging them makes sense. We remain committed to testing the latest operating systems with the current product releases to ensure that Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino meets or exceeds the level of quality our customers have come to expect. As has always been the case, any reported issues will be pursued with the same vigor across all supported platforms.
